Move, Breathe, Grow by Seizing Happy

 

You know I love bringing Despojitos to the best events in South Florida and I HAD to share this one with you cause it’s a completely different experience that I think you’ll love. 

 

The event is called Move, Breathe, Grow. It’s March 30 to close off women’s month and it’s going to be a half-day, retreat-style experience with three sessions:

 

Move: using movement to ground and connect to our bodies and feminine power

 

Breathe: using breath to calm our nervous system and tap into our inner guidance 

 

Grow: a networking experience and speaker panel of powerhouse women to connect with each other. 

 

The event includes lunch, snacks, drinks, and of course I’ll be set up with Despojitos too!
