Recommendation:
Apply the essential oil by rolling the desired amount on hands, rub hands together, lightly bring hands close to you, close the eyes and take 3 deep breaths. You may bring the hands, palms facing down on the thighs or knees (if sitting to feel the sit bone rooting and grounding) or hands beside you, palms facing down to ground laying down in savasana/corpse pose. As you breathe meditate and repeat the mantra "I am grounded".
