Once your order is received, processing will take 24-48 hours to ship.

International Shipping is available, shipping prices may vary by carrier.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date it was received. Please email us the reason why you are returning the product and we will address the issue promptly and exchange or return the item.

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
